In his book, Martin Birrittella reminds the reader - you are love. And in case you may have forgotten it, he gives you a clear road map to guide you on the journey of finding your way back home. He shows you by simply moving your attention you can find yourself in the field of love at every moment of your existence. By living in this field, you will live from your heart center, knowing that everything you desire will manifest in perfect love and harmony.
So, if love is the reason you are here, this book let's you know how to find the Field of Love through a series of exercises or tools like meditation and his own self-inquiry process which he calls the Free Process. Never dogmatic in his approach, he leaves the choices up to you - reminding you to be kind to yourself over and over along the way. His goal for each of us is to find freedom to live connected to the world around, loving yourself, loving each other, right here, right now. And who doesn't want more of this in their lives? I know I do. .

Heart Meditation: Emergence from the field of love.

This book is way beyond "wow!" The book cover designer is so intuitive.He shows us that the irradiance from the goldenness
of "the field" is so powerful that it opens the heart almost effortlessly as it emerges into conscious awareness! I am reading and rereading the words of this book…so simple and honest…and finding the free process so clearly stated is a pathway to true
heart meditation and new levels of self-knowing.

After finishing Martin Birrittella’s book “Field of Love – How to Experience the Field” I felt pumped ...

After finishing Martin Birrittella’s book “Field of Love – How to Experience the Field” I felt pumped knowing a “how to find enlightenment” book exists that simply identifies how everyone and anyone is ready to connect with it all. The idea of “seeking”, (aka I am not good enough), is now replaced with “finding”. (or I already have it.) (Birrittella calls “It” –“the Field).
Birrittella shatters the commonly held notion of mystical experience being the domain of
Eastern aesthetics or orange robed holy men. In a nutshell we can relate to Birrittella’s life as in so many ways it mirrors ours. “If he can do it, than so can I” is a breakthrough understanding versus “there is no way I can be like him or do that.”
It’s no accident the great mystic Ramana Maharshi is cited in Birrittella’s book. Somewhere between Ramana’s words “you are perfect who you are” and “the only thing keeping you from the bliss of enlightenment is the thought you are not,” is an empowerment to rise, put a smile on your face and roar with enthusiasm “I am free.”
Birrittella offers enthusiasm as one of ingredients in the recipe for experiencing the One and this book exudes this message. The great motivational talk given to the US Olympic Hockey Team by Herb Brooks could be adapted to summarize the power imbibed from reading “Field of Love”.
